Currently, I am working as a Senior Director of Design at Visa, where I champion innovation and excellence in design. My journey in design started as a toddler, when I specialized in glitter, scribbles, and sand art. Today, teams benefit from the unique perspectives I bring from both my traditional design education (I've refined my scribbling skills) and 15 years of professional experience in internal product design and design consulting.
Throughout my career, I've built and led diverse teams, spearheaded groundbreaking projects, and cultivated cultures of creativity and collaboration. I have demonstrated the ability to create impact at scale.
Beyond my professional endeavors, creativity infuses every aspect of my life. Whether I'm making pottery, experimenting in the kitchen, embroidering an old pair of jeans, or capturing my travels through photography, I am always engaged in a creative project (and yes, sometimes glitter is involved).
